Gorillaz
Gorillaz is a virtual band created in 1998 by musician Damon Albarn and artist Jamie Hewlett. The band's members are fictional animated characters: 2-D (lead vocals, keyboards), Murdoc Niccals (bass guitar), Noodle (guitar, keyboards), and Russel Hobbs (drums, percussion). Gorillaz's music spans a variety of genres, including alternative rock, hip hop, electronic, and more. The band's self-titled debut album, "Gorillaz," was released in 2001 and included hits like "Clint Eastwood" and "19-2000."
